How do I pay for the purchased items?

You can pay for the items during checkout using Paypal service. The Paypal service allows payments from all major Credit Cards such as Mastercard and Visa, and also from your Paypal account.

What if I cannot complete the checkout process?

If for any reason you face a problem completing the checkout process, you can contact us at info@fatimicreations.com and we will process your order manually.

We recommend our users to use Intrernet Explorer web browser.

What is the average shipping time?

The average shipping time may vary depending on the destination. The estimated delivery time for North America and Western Europe is roughly one week.

What if I receive damaged or wrong item?

If you receive an item which is damaged because of our packaging or you receive an incorrect item, then we would be happy to pay the return shipping cost and re-send the right item without any additional shipping charge.

Can I receive my purchased item via registered post?

If the postal service in your country of residence is not reliable, we can arrange a registered post parcel. However, in this case you will have to pay the extra shipping cost depending on item's weight.

How often is the stock updated?

Usually stock is updated once or twice a month.
